Regular orders require 1–2 working days for packing and dispatch via our assigned courier service. Once the parcel has been processed and picked up, delivery is usually completed within the next 3-5 working days.
For Hegen By Me Orders, the team will require 5-7 working days to pack and dispatch your order via our appointed logistics partner.
For orders placed between 7 April – 26 April 2026, processing time will be extended to 7–14 working days due to higher order volume.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most addresses within Singapore, with the exception of:
- Offshore islands (e.g. Jurong Island, Tuas)
- Restricted zones (e.g. army camps, Changi Airport)
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply for Sentosa Island addresses.
