Can I arrange for a redelivery?

Address changes can only be made before the order has been packed and dispatched. Once the order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, we will not be able to amend the delivery address.

For local Singapore deliveries, our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, an additional delivery charge may apply for any subsequent re-delivery arrangements.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your full and accurate address is provided when placing your order.
