Hegen By Me orders typically require 5–7 working days to be processed and dispatched via our appointed logistics partner.
Kindly note that for orders placed between 7 April – 26 April 2026, processing time will be extended to 7–14 working days due to higher order volume.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to Jurong Island, Army Camps, Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports, or post office boxes. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to Sentosa Island.
