We offer both local delivery and self-collection at the Hegen Experiential Center to provide flexibility in receiving your Hegen products.
Order Processing Timeline
- Regular orders: 1–3 working days
- Hegen By Me personalised orders: 5-7 working days
(The processing timeline applies to both delivery and self-collection orders.)
Kindly note that for orders placed between 7 April – 26 April 2026, processing time will be extended to 7–14 working days due to higher order volume.
Standard Shipping
This is our default shipping option. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, excluding the order processing timeline.
- Free shipping for online orders above S$50
- S$5 delivery fee for orders below S$50
Self-Collection
You may opt to collect your order from the Hegen Experiential Center. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification. You may then visit the Experiential Center during operating hours to collect your order.
