If you wish to self-collect your e-store order, upon check-out, select ‘Self-collect at Hegen Experiential Centre (HEC)’.
You may collect your order once you have received an email notification confirming that your order is ready for collection. Please note that the initial estimated collection date applies to regular orders only.
For Hegen By Me orders, processing will require 5–7 working days before you receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready for self-collection.
Kindly note that for orders placed between 7 April – 26 April 2026, processing time will be extended to 7–14 working days due to higher order volume.
