This warranty provides after-sales coverage for the Hegen Wearable Breast Pump for a period of 1 year.
Please note that the warranty is valid for a single user only, non-transferable, and applicable for local after-sales support only.
The warranty also does not cover pump accessories.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents of any kind
Improper storage
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the pump device or its components
Failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the pump device or its components
Wear and tear
Liquid overflow (e.g., water or milk entering the pump device)
Loss or theft of the pump device or its parts
