This warranty provides after-sales coverage for the Hegen Wearable Breast Pump device for a period of 1 year. It is valid for a single user only and is strictly non-transferable.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents of any kind
Improper storage
Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration, or modification of the pump device or its components
Failure to follow the operating instructions provided with the pump device or its components
Wear and tear
Liquid overflow (e.g., water or milk entering the pump device)
Loss or theft of the pump device or its parts
