To register your Hegen Wearable Breast Pump for warranty, please follow these steps:
Access the Warranty Registration Page
Scan the QR code located on the back of your Hegen Wearable Breast Pump box, or
Click here: https://www.hegen.com/pages/warranty
Select Your Product
Choose “Hegen Wearable Breast Pump” under Product Name.
Enter Your Serial Numbers
The serial number of your Hegen Wearable Breast Pump device can be found on the pump device. Kindly note that each device has its own unique serial number, so please ensure both pump devices are registered.
You can register both serial numbers in one submission:
On mobile: Enter the first serial number, tap Done, then enter the second one in the same input box.
On desktop: Press Enter after typing each serial number.
Upload Required Documents
Submit a photo of your proof of purchase and either your Estimated Due Date (EDD)
Warranty Start Date
Your warranty will begin from the Date of Purchase or EDD, whichever is later.
