How to care for your Hegen By Me products?

Sterilisation:
We recommend using UV sterilisation only. Other methods (e.g. boiling or steam) may affect the customised elements on your bottle.

Protect the Prints:
Avoid rubbing the bottle against rough or sharp surfaces to prevent scratches or fading of the personalised prints.

Avoid Dishwasher Use:
We do not recommend placing them in the dishwasher, as high heat and strong water pressure may damage the personalised prints.

Storage Conditions:
Store your bottle in a cool, dry place, away from high humidity, extreme temperatures, or prolonged direct sunlight. This helps prevent discolouration.

Cleaning:
Use undiluted baby bottle detergent with a soft bottle brush for daily cleaning. This is sufficient to keep your bottle clean and in good shape.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals:
Do not use strong or abrasive cleaning agents, as they may affect the bottle’s material and personalised finish.
