The serial number of your Hegen Wearable Breast Pump device can be found on the pump device. Kindly note that each device has its own unique serial number, so please ensure both are registered.
You will also need to provide:
Your proof of purchase, and
An official letter or ultrasound scan that includes your registered name and your baby’s Estimated Due Date (EDD).
