How do I remove and assemble the removable grip on the Multi-Stage Fork & Spoon?

To remove: Rotate and twist the utensils gently while applying pressure to release them from the removable grips.

To assemble: Ensure Hegen logo on the fork and spoon is facing upwards before inserting utensils into the removable grips.
