Navigate to Hegen Rewards at the bottom left corner of the page
Select "My Rewards"
Click on the [VIP Exclusive] voucher and you will be redirected to the product page
Choose from a selection of customisation options:
1. Straw Cup Colour: Grey, Pink, or Blue
2. Bottle Design: Bee, Sheep, Bird, Astronaut, Spaceship, Otter, Cat, Hornbill, Diver, Sandcastle, Treasure or No Design
3. Name Personalisation: Add a personal touch to your bottle with your name - up to 9 characters for English names or 4 characters for Chinese names
3. Font Choice: For English (Bold, Calligraphy, Thin), For Chinese (时尚型 or 书法型)
4. All-Rounder Crown Colour: White, Pink, or Blue
Please fill in the template below with your selected options and copy & paste your completed selection into the "Notes" box on the cart-out page.
The discount code should be automatically applied, and the product price will be reflected as $0.00. Otherwise, you may return to Step 4 to copy and apply your unique discount code at checkout.
