For Singapore delivery addresses:
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST, so there will be no additional tax charges. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $5 will apply.
For overseas delivery addresses:
In addition to the delivery fee displayed during checkout (after entering your overseas address), international shipments may be subject to import charges such as duties, customs tariffs, or Goods & Services Taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country.
Please note that Hegen does not collect duties or taxes during checkout. Any applicable import charges will be handled by the courier or customs authorities in the destination country.
